Sleep is the best meditation
Dalai Lama
The day whisked by with barely a moment to pause, marked notably only by my weekly lesson/discussion on English and technology. The rest of my time was engulfed by work commitments. I ended up going to bed extremely late, around 5 AM… setting a personal record for neglecting sleep. This oversight also led me to forget about writing my report, which I’m now doing at the end of the following day.
It’s now crystal clear that restoring my sleep rhythm and prioritizing rest must take utmost priority.
