[72] Report — feb 23: People’s Red Army Day!

Day one of the extended weekend
proved to be a blend of motivation,
strategic planning, and self-reflection,
setting the stage for focused growth and development

The day commenced with an invigorating English lesson alongside exceptionally talented sunshine teacher, serving as a catalyst for renewed motivation energy and inspiration. Building upon this momentum, I delved into crafting a strategy aimed at the effective advancement of my learning path to achive skills in verbal communication.

English occupied a substantial portion of my day, encompassing both active learning and passive consumption of content while engaged in other tasks. However, I recognize the pressing need to bolster my fluency in spontaneous conversation and rapid idea interpretation. Tomorrow will be dedicated to analyzing and refining my approach to ensure ample time is allocated to enhancing my speaking skills.

Reflecting on areas for improvement, I acknowledge the neglect of physical activity and the tendency to retire to bed later than desired. While my current routine hasn’t yet impacted my efficiency, motivation, or mood — likely offset by prudent nutrition and supplements — it remains a matter of time.
