[42] report — Multitasking was failed again

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life,
and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do
what you believe is great work.

And the only way to do great work
is to love what you do.

Steve Jobs

The day was filled with juggling parallel projects. It turned out to be quite productive, with numerous promising ideas taking shape, plans being formulated, and actual development work underway. Looking back over the day, time really flew by and was very exciting. I completely immersed myself in a state of flow while solving creative problems. This is definitely great work and I love what I do!

As for my English studies, I took a more passive approach, engaging in activities like listening to screencasts in the background and reading various articles. I made a conscious effort to note down new expressions and phrases.

🏆Achievements for Today

  • Resumed my main private diary, recognizing the importance of capturing all the significant ideas that arise.
  • Immersed myself in the development of media projects, creating a plan and already making progress in its execution.
  • Spent a considerable amount of time listening to English speech (approximately 6 hours).

🤔Unmet Goals and Reflections

  • Didn’t complete the planned lessons on phonetics and grammar due to deep involvement in parallel projects.
  • Missed all the scheduled physical workouts; the entire day was spent mostly sitting, deeply concentrated on business project tasks. It was a state of flow, so to speak.
  • I’m going to bed at 01:50.

🔮Looking Ahead

  • Need to establish the habit of morning planning and, in general, adopt a strategy akin to “The Miracle Morning” book.
  • Maintain better control of time, ensuring I allocate time to each planned task. Today’s oversight in planning English lessons serves as a reminder to be more disciplined.
  • Don’t forget about regular training.
  • It may be worth ordering a new fitness bracelet that reminds you of regular workouts.
  • Once again, the reminder to prioritize going to bed by 23:00.
