[40] report — Striving for Balance: A Marathon of Reflection and Renewal

Today I embarked on a short 10 km marathon. The weather was clear, and there were no snowstorms in sight. I decided to resume my Chinese language studies, recognizing that time is ticking away, and I don’t want to remain at the same level. I also dedicated time to my English studies. I delved back into reading articles and watching YouTube videos in English, inadvertently disrupting my daily routine. As a result, I find myself preparing for sleep at 2 a.m.

Regrettably, I couldn’t manage to engage in parallel projects, although I contemplated them throughout the entire marathon. It seems there’s a certain hurdle when it comes to multitasking and distributing focus.

Starting tomorrow, it’s imperative that I exhibit extraordinary self-discipline and promptly normalize my daily routine and sleep schedule.

Achievements for Today:
