Your habits shape your identity,
and your identity shapes your habits.

If you describe yourself as a ‘learner’, a ‘innovator’, a ‘game-changer’, etc., then you are part-way to becoming exactly that person. Key takeaway: Begin with describing yourself as how you would like to be, and choose the small, regular actions that will help create the habits to get you there.


It’s going to be a short post today, as I’ve broken the routine again anyway by sitting down to watch English-language content and writing notes on the material I’ve watched.

Achievements for Today

  • Practiced with the phonetics of the English language. My Skyeng Master sent me a lot of very interesting top-notch phonetics lessons!
  • Did lite workout training.
  • Watched a lot of video clips and articles on “System vs. Goals”

Unmet Goals and Reflections

  • Disrupting my biorhythms again. Tomorrow it’s crucial to start going to bed on time!
