Today I want to reflect on the three keys to effectiveness. The first key is strategic planning, that is, the ability to clearly set a goal, plan the stages of achievement, choose the most optimal tactics, or lay their development on the way to achieving the goal. The second key is excellent physical fitness. Our mind is largely dependent on the body, so it is very important to take a responsible approach to health and sports. The third key is the character development, virtue and fortitude. This key opens doors even in the most dead-end situations.
Strategic
In goal setting, it is important to have a good sense of time. This requires a good sense of time, i.e. how long it will take to reach a certain stage and at what intervals and with what frequency it will be necessary to work. I feel that with my fairly flexible and thoughtful goal setting, I still lack the experience of time control, the ability to achieve goals in small steps. I have noticed that I tend to move at a marching pace, in other words, to dive deep and do a lot in a short period of time.
I will try to better work on intermediate goals. Every week, every month and every period of three months should be marked by a certain accomplishment of target projects.
I’ll try to keep a Google calendar, although I don’t like the rigid predetermination of time. To overcome this discomfort, I will strive to keep the goal constantly focused and perceive the daily routine as gradual progress towards it. This will be a beacon for me that will brighten up the predestination and rigid calculation of the daily routine.
Excellent physical fitness
I feel the effect that cardio training increases the efficiency of cognitive activity, as well as the general psychological state in general. In addition, you are always happy for certain sporting achievements and amazing, fit physical shape. I should take a more serious and responsible approach to sports; this is an important component of any human activity.
I will practice daily cardio, daily callanetics, 3 times a week calisthenics. Goals for the next three months are to restore the splits (at least the cross splits). As an annual goal, achieve the correct struggle planche, ideally a full planch. And of course, in general, increase endurance and develop explosive power.
Сharacter development, virtue and fortitude
Facing difficult challenges is an inevitable aspect of my life, and while the trials may seem insurmountable at times, they serve as the crucible in which my character is forged. It is through difficulties I discover the depth of my resilience, determination, and inner strength.
Confronting challenges demands my courage, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace discomfort. These trials push me beyond my comfort zones, fostering my personal growth and development. The journey through difficulties instills a sense of resilience that becomes an integral part of my character. By navigating through challenges, I learn valuable life lessons, gaining insight into my own capabilities and honing the skills necessary to overcome future obstacles. Thus, difficult challenges, rather than being hindrances, become transformative experiences that shape and define the very essence of my character.
As I engage in character development, I understand it involves the cultivation of positive traits and values that contribute to my moral and ethical identity. Virtue, in this context, refers to qualities or characteristics considered morally good and desirable. Fortitude, specifically associated with courage, resilience, and the ability to withstand challenges, is a virtue I aim to embody. Personal experiences, challenges, and triumphs have the power to shape my character and virtues. Facing adversity, making moral choices, and learning from both successes and failures can foster my personal growth and virtue.
Taking time for self-reflection and developing self-awareness allows me to evaluate my actions, values, and beliefs, leading to personal growth and the cultivation of virtues. Delving into philosophical or spiritual practices provides me with a framework for understanding the deeper meaning of life, moral principles, and the development of virtues.
Achievements for Today
- Studied the basics of phonetics, analyzed Internet resources on this topic
- Had a good cardio workout today
Unmet Goals and Reflections
- Despite the intention to work on side projects, the day was spent mainly in contemplation and planning. Recognized a deviation from the goal of actively engaging in side projects.
Acknowledged similarities with the previous day’s activities, highlighting the need for increased variety and productivity in daily tasks.
Looking Ahead
- Recognizing the need for action, tomorrow is slated for a dedicated plunge into planning for parallel projects. The aim is to translate thoughts and ideas into tangible steps, fostering progress and ensuring that plans are brought to fruition. By addressing the gap in execution, the day ahead promises a more active and productive engagement with ongoing and future endeavors.
