[29] report — multitasking cause a stupor

Multitasking is a lie.
You think you’re doing multiple things at once,
but you’re not.
You’re rapidly switching between tasks,
and it comes at a cost.

Multiskin is an illusion created by quickly switching focus between goals, but it significantly affects the effectiveness of achieving those goals. I can handle the challenge quite well, but my parallel projects are neglected. I need to work on priorities and time management.

Achievements for Today

  • Only did some passive learning.

Unmet Goals and Reflections

  • Started but was unable to finish a goal prioritization plan.

Looking Ahead

  • I need to prioritize more clearly, and long-term strategic goals, such as this language challenge, need to be allocated specific dedicated time slots. Tomorrow it is necessary to conduct a complete review of annual goals and limit the time spent focusing on learning English.
