Today the whole day was taken up by work, five tasks were solved. I didn’t do much English, I only managed to listen to a little English-language content. This is the minimum I have to do to continue the challenge, but it is not enough to win the challenge.
Today, I stumbled upon Conor Neill’s video on YouTube about developing speaking skills. In short: the key is simply to speak. Consistency and immersion in the process are crucial. This way, one can achieve expertise faster than the presumed 10,000-hour mark.
Achievements for Today
- Today proved to be a productive workday.
- I had a great training session focusing on the planche element.
Unmet Goals and Reflections
- There’s been insufficient effort put into learning English. Nevertheless, even during the night, I carve out time to maintain the principle of daily learning: advancing even by 0.1% in any state.
Looking Ahead
- I continue to remind myself about the necessity of restoring a proper sleep schedule, but I consistently disrupt it.
- Once again, I remind myself of the need to develop a strategic plan for a specific minimum daily routine, both in education and in workouts. I hope during the festive season, I’ll have enough time to figure it all out.
