[132] Report — Wednesday: Passive Learning and Physical Training

Wednesday unfolded with a lighter academic touch. My engagement with English was primarily passive, involving watching content and listening to lectures — a softer but still impactful way of absorbing the language.

In addition to nourishing the mind, I took the time to energize the body with a refreshing 3 km light run. This physical activity not only cleared my thoughts but also boosted my overall energy levels.

Despite these achievements, the other planned goals for the day remained unchecked as I settled into bed at 00:20. It seems the hours slipped away quicker than anticipated.
