[124] Report — Wednesday: Work and Fitness

Wednesday started with work, taking up the first half of the day. I then went for a 10 km run/walk. The remainder of the day was spent relaxing. Unfortunately, I went to bed late again, around 3 a.m., disrupting my sleep schedule.
