Well, it’s 3:30 a.m. again and I’m just finishing writing my report. Saturday went well, in fact it was a rest day – I was recovering for the whole week. Today I watched different content, but I especially found it interesting the topic of how sleep affects biochemistry, and therefore motivation, the effectiveness of learning and work.
