This report marks the first 100 days of my journey. I’ve successfully developed the habit of daily active listening to English content. My comprehension skills have significantly improved, and I’ve corrected many of my primary incorrect pronunciation habits and grammatical errors.
However, my English learning has predominantly been in a passive mode. The reason lies in the overwhelming number of parallel projects and the workload from my main job.
I feel a bit stuck, yet English is not a critical skill for me at the moment, so this current state is acceptable. It’s crucial to focus adequate attention on critically important projects and avoid burnout.
For the upcoming week, my goal is to restore a more regular routine.
🚀 Key Achievements for the First 100 Days:
- Established a consistent routine of active listening to English content.
- Significantly improved language comprehension and addressed key pronunciation and grammatical issues.
📉 Areas for Improvement and Reflection:
- The predominance of passive over active learning in English due to time constraints from other commitments.
- Recognizing the potential stagnation in language learning progress amidst other priorities.
🔮 Plans for the Coming Days:
- Strive to balance the workload from parallel projects and main job responsibilities to allow for more active language learning opportunities.
- Prioritize critical projects while ensuring personal well-being and avoiding burnout.
- Work towards establishing a more regular routine to support sustained progress and overall balance.
Reflecting on the past 100 days, it’s clear that while language learning is an integral part of my personal development, maintaining a balance with other priorities is essential. Moving forward, I’ll aim to optimize my routine to accommodate all aspects of my growth and responsibilities effectively.
