Today, I only managed to dedicate a couple of hours to learn. I spent most of my time browsing content on YouTube, where I discovered numerous influencers exploring the state of flow.
Overall, it was a fragmented day, especially considering I went to bed at 4 or 5 in the morning. I plan to go sleep at 11:00 PM today, aiming for a wake-up time of 9:00 AM. Hopefully, this will slightly regulate my melatonin and other neglected biochemicals affected by irregular sleep patterns.
The effectiveness of today’s activities:
- +2 – Maintained a daily routine (retiring no later than 11:00 PM and rising no earlier than 7:00 AM).

- +2 – Managed to work on parallel projects.
- +2 – Successfully handled work-related tasks.
Today’s rating stands at 2 out of 10.
Achievements for Today
- Discovered an interesting new topic – American misconceptions about the Soviet system, particularly the Soviets’ view of individualism and what was a centralized system.
Unfulfilled Goals for Today
- I’m breaking my routine again. During the day I often lay down to take a nap for 30-60 minutes. It’s 3:54 a.m. now, and I’m just starting to get ready for sleep by writing this report. I have a slight headache, a strange sensation. On the other hand, I’m experiencing a state of flow, where immersing myself in content in English on topics of interest to me can spend hours with extreme concentration.
Takeaways for the Future
- Reminding myself to normalize the regimen. In fact, the last 10 days have been exhausting: working from morning to night, then intensive training and immersion in English-language content. I need to develop a more normalized routine. Hopefully, during the New Year’s vacation, I’ll be able to calmly regain my regimen and develop tactics to achieve my multi goals.
Keep going!
